Meet Binky

There is far more to this little crit bun than meets the eye. Once believed to be a descendant of the Demon Bunny King, Binky’s reputation for being both feared and fearless spread long before anyone earned the right to pet her.

First introduced in Wolf and Flame 3, the only place that ever managed to hold her was a fortified tower in the underworld deep beneath Bruges. Binky didn’t trust humans, and who could blame her? It took Cara’s druid wolf-shifter instincts and endless patience to win her over, eventually forming a bond that neither of them expected.

But the truth behind Binky’s past was far sadder than the legend. She wasn’t descended from any Demon Bunny King at all. That story was a false memory implanted by the Aiséirí Foundation, a cruel research facility where her babies were taken from her and she was forced to evolve. She carried the weight of that loss behind a hard shell and her sharp no-nonsense snark.

As her bond with Cara deepened—two souls shaped by grief—Binky slowly softened. Only a little, mind. She can still bunny-hop dropkick anyone who deserves it, whether foolish human or nasty critter.

A tiny terror. A loyal companion. And living proof that even the smallest warrior can carry the biggest story.
